Poor customer service
They wonder why people shop online and stores are closing.
Sales associate was more concerned with putting up shoes as to help the customer..
Terrible. No inventory, no help, place was a disaster
Shoes fell apart. Refused to return them and then corporate wanted us to jump through hoops to even see if they would replace. Worst customer service ever. Will never waste my money on a pair of skechers again!
I love Sketchers. You can get a pretty good deal when you buy multiple pairs.
