Recently the management changed and the staff there have been just horrible. But I visited on June 15th in the afternoon and the staff on shift that day were great!!!! very helpful, friendly, not pushy. Glad they finally got some good people in there.
We travel to go to this Lane Bryant outlet and Hugh and Justine are awesome! Hugh really knows his stuff and made this shopping trip fun! Justine was very sweet and helpful. We'll be back!
Went in one day and it was fine. Found some really cute things SUPER cheap in their discount racks. The sales staff was helpful and it was really lovely to see plus sized girls working there. The simple fact is that clothing hangs differently on us fluffy ladies and having someone who works there who understands those issues is refreshing. A little disorganized, but I worked in retail so I get it and I am not gonna penalize them for that. Customers, especially female customers, can be the biggest slobs on the planet.
My girlfriend has been a customer of this location for over two years and she has noticed within the past six months has been constantly bad experiences with this location. Each crew member has been very little help to her and she always leaves the store unsatisfied. Me and her would not recommend going to this location anymore.
