Walked in, 13 employee's were working at the moment, and 8 were up at the register chatting. From a retail standpoint, there shouldn't be 8 out of the 13 employees up at the register, especially with how messy the store was.
If I could rate my experience at this store it would be zero stars. I was trying some shorts on in the fitting room when one of the male workers walked into my fitting room. In the midst of changing clothes and partially undressed i quickly closed the door, however the man did not apologize or say anything. I walked out after getting dressed and asked why he didn't even apologize. He just threw his hands in the air and said he knocked and said sorry VERY sarcastically. The female worker, named Alex, at the front just said "Oh" after explaining to her what happened. I am incredibly offended by the way the situation was handled. Whether or not he did knock at the door (I do not remember hearing a knock at all), you can at least apologize! What has happened to customer service or just being polite???
Not as crowded as the stores in the mall.
