We purchased an entire Living Room ensemble from Furniture Warehouse in Ellenton, Florida. We had it delivered in June. We left Florida and returned September 19. When the sofa fell to the floor, we found out that the sleeper had never been attached to the sofa. We called and asked for them to send us a new one. That was not going to happen because we had owned it for more than 7 days. Another week without a sofa. They sent someone to look at it and yes, it was decided the sofa was not right and the sleeper had never been attached to the sofa. They came to pick up the sofa. They brought the sofa back. When they brought the repaired sofa back, there were no legs back on the sofa! Now the sleeper does not fit inside, the cushions can't go on, and the sofa simply rests on the floor. Customer service feels no sense of responsibility about fixing a problem that is theirs! There was no apology! They want us to sit at home for another 4 hour window of time to wait for something that should have been on our sleeper when we made a good faith purchase in June. Customer Service and Owners felt no responsibility to take care of this immediately. As they became disrespectful and rude to us, the customer, our patience and courtesy were exhausted. When the owner thought a $50 store credit would compensate for the 4 weeks and 20 hours of our time that had been wasted, I just laughed. We asked for them to fix the sofa immediately. He said there was no one available to bring the legs and screw them onto the sofa. I asked him why he couldn't come and take care of that and he said that he does not come to customers’ houses. We had such a pleasant experience with Taj, our salesperson, and all the people involved in delivery. That is where the heart of the company beats. Customer Service and Owners are the poison. Due to our terrible experience with Furniture Warehouse we could never recommend this company to anyone.

I stopped by on my way to the Outlet Mall yesterday in Ellenton. It was tricky getting to the store as you approach it from behind on a service road, but "WOW"!!!!! I was given the tour of the store by a very knowledgeable sales person by the name of "Kat" and she even offered to help me when I return with my floor plan of the new house we are building. We are moving here from Pennsylvania in two months. The Tropical colors are absolutely gorgeous! The store has that "WOW Factor"! I highly recommend it for your new look. I will be back with my husband soon!
I had a great experience shopping here. The sales staff was very helpful and flexible in helping me select items for my home. Nice variety of coastal décor and very reasonable prices.
