5. After I picked up my truck and had a little time to inspect it I found buffing marks all over my truck with residue on my mirrors, bumper and windows.
The worst wash and wax ever from a so called professional shop. I took my truck in and they said it would cost $75 for wash, wax, Tropic Guard and Rain x window treatment and vacuum floors.
I am a 69 year old man who's brother's have owned clean up shops so I kinda of know when it's a crappy job, and this one helps top that list .
4. I relented and agreed to pay the additional $60 if he would fix my truck that day because I was leaving town the next day for a month or so.
2. When I got back to my place I seen other spots they had missed, but when I tried to wipe them my truck became very dull and I noticed they had put some kind of dressing that shinny but when you washed it or wipe it the surface became dull.
The crew at Car Clean USA brought it back to life Nicely.
They performed a full detail even under the hood and it all looks great.

They even drove me home and picked me up to come get the vehicle. Great service guys keep up the good work.

We had our car done Monday, paid for the most expensive service and the job was terrible. Left brake dust on the wheels, did not treat the roof rack or the mirrors or underneath cowling. I tried to prop my arm on the door and there was so much residue from the treatment they used I got it all over my clothes. The treatment was on the gas pedal and break pedal, I had to physically wash them myself. Did not get the stains out of the rug. What can I say, don't waste your money. Go to the car wash on 301 and for the same amount of money, they do a super job. Will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone.
I take my car here at least once a month for a basic wash and vacuum. For the price, it's great. They do a very nice job with the outside and I have no complaints about the vacuuming. The guys there are super friendly and always happy to see me pull in. I would recommend it for a quick, basic wash.
The black paint on my 2010 vehicle was a little tired.
I had a great experience and was very happy with the way my black paint was treated.
3. When I called Randy the owner and told him of the problems he asked me to return the truck the next day and he would fix the problems. When I returned the truck the next day he said I would have to bring it back later. I complained that I had already been there and now made an extra trip and he wasn't being fair to me. Then he said they would have to buff the truck at an additional cost of $60.
6. They did NOT vacuum the floors or Rain x my windows.
